JOHN LINTNER holds a B.Soc.Sc (Hons) (Hons) degree. He commenced his corporate career at Anglo American as an HR and IR officer on Freegold. Thereafter he worked as an HR Manager for JSE listed companies including Micor Freight and Tourvest. John practiced as an independent labour advisor since 1998 and has been an associate of ILS since 2003. He is based in Johannesburg.
HOWARD WARNEKE holds a B Com degree as well as an HDE from Rhodes University in Grahamstown. He held various positions in the Personnel and Industrial Relations departments at Ford Motor Company. He subsequently held HR management positions in international pharmaceutical and textile companies before starting an HR consulting business in 1997. Howard has worked as the Eastern Cape associate of ILS in Port Elizabeth since 2002.
GUY BLOCH holds a Bus Science (Hons) degree from UCT. He was an HR Manager at Heynes-Mathew / Kinesis Logistics, before becoming an independent Employment Relations management consultant in 2004. He has been assisting ILS for more than a decade in this capacity. Guy is a part-time Commissioner at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils. He is based in Cape Town.
JEANNE GAYLARD holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She has been involved in dispute resolution since 1996 and is a part-time Commissioner at the CCMA. Jeanne specialises in arbitrations and mediations and has been involved in sensitive investigations in the workplace such as racism and sexism. She is based in Johannesburg.
OWEN, ADENDORFF & ASSOCIATES is a Durban based management consultancy that, inter alia, specialises in employment relations management consulting. They share a similar history and values as ILS and the two consultancies have been supplementing each other for more than two decades. OA&A regularly and expertly attends to KZN based work on behalf of ILS.
