LEON TRAUT
Leon holds a B.A. (Hons) degree from Stellenbosch University, as well as an IRDP from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Leon’s corporate career commenced at Anglo-American’s Gold Division. He then joined Pep Manufacturing in the Textile Division within the group. Leon has been with the company since 1994, and is a shareholder and currently the Managing Director of Integrated Labour Solutions.

Harm is a registered HR Practitioner with the SABPP and holds a National Diploma in Personnel Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law and a Masters Degree in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town. Harm commenced his career as an Industrial Relations Manager for the Cape Provincial Administration. He then joined Bergers as a Human Resource Manager. Harm has been with the company since 1997 and is currently a shareholder and Director at ILS.

BONGIWE NKABINDE
Bongiwe has been employed in a consultant position with Integrated Labour Solutions since January 2018. She has completed a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of Western Cape, where she majored in Industrial Psychology. She also holds an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town in 2017. She is also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society for academic achievement.

Anisa joined ILS in 2004 in a support capacity. She commenced as a consultant in 2010 and completed the Certified Course in Labour Law at the University of Cape Town in the same year. During 2017/2018 she completed a Certificate in Labour Dispute Resolution at Stellenbosch University Law Faculty with distinction.
