The Employment Relations Retainer
The retainer arrangement is based on a monthly fee and provides for hands-on assistance to clients by way of:
- Unlimited telephonic advice
- On-site consultation with limited free consulting hours
- Preferential hourly consulting rates
- Preferential training rates
- Free CCMA representation via an Employers organisation where relevant
